We are a big team and we have sectioned it out so every member of staff is responsible for a certain part of the process.

Sales Valuer – Only deal with sales valuations and has access to top quality data invested by the company. All of this will be available for you to see to get you an accurate valuation on your property.

Lettings Valuer – Only deals with lettings valuations and has access to real time data as lettings is extremely fast moving. This will all be available for you to see so an accurate valuation can be given on your property.

Team Leaders – To ensure all enquires that come in are passed onto the relevant persons and continually monitored. This is designed to limit miscommunications and fall throughs also pushing out to achieve more viewings, more offers and more deals agreed.

Liaise with landlords and sellers to ensure they are kept in the loop with property performance.

Negotiators – Competition is fierce within the offices with commissions paid to members of staff on individual sales achieved. Minimum targets are set to be hit and performance it monitored by team leaders.

Administrators – Ensuring all paperwork is in order to protect clients and the company. Due to the pandemic in 2020 investments have been made to deal with transactions online whilst falling in within the legal parameters of any sale.

Liaising with tradesmen and tenants to ensure properties and rent are well looked after.

Progressors – Chase documents and progress sales on a daily level. This is to ensure all transactions are kept water tight and we are in the loop with everything sales related.

Branch Managers – Ensure all members of staff are working at the optimum level and provide training and guidance where needed.
