Negotiators – Competition is fierce within the offices with commissions paid to members of staff on individual sales achieved. Minimum targets are set to be hit and performance it monitored by team leaders.
Administrators – Ensuring all paperwork is in order to protect clients and the company. Due to the pandemic in 2020 investments have been made to deal with transactions online whilst falling in within the legal parameters of any sale.
Liaising with tradesmen and tenants to ensure properties and rent are well looked after.
Progressors – Chase documents and progress sales on a daily level. This is to ensure all transactions are kept water tight and we are in the loop with everything sales related.
Branch Managers – Ensure all members of staff are working at the optimum level and provide training and guidance where needed.

We generate email campaigns pushing the property and our branding out including social media platforms.
We offer every property out to everyone on our database. New and existing stock. We always aim to get an offer within the first 4 weeks of marketing.
